What is Coaching?

Coaching is a partnership between a trained professional coach and client. Through a creative, inspiring and thought-provoking process the coach helps them to maximize their personal and professional potential. A life coach helps you identify your strengths and the obstacles that are holding you back and assists you with pinpointing any resistance to change and helps you find motivation and direction. Coaching is the process of supporting, guiding and holding the client accountable to do what they need to do to have life they want.

Difference Between Coaching and Therapy?

Coaching is all about the present and moving forward towards your goals and dreams and creating the life and business you want and deserve. Coaching can be therapeutic but does not focus on healing the past emotional pain and trauma as a therapist does. We support and encourage you to create a plan and set goals as we help you move successfully towards them.

Overall Coaching Plan

Your Coaching Action Plan includes our amazingly powerful weekly sessions, worksheets, reading assignments and / or homework. The homework is based around interim goals and assignments that will offer insight, motivation and action towards your goals. I'm also here for you for email and text check ins as needed.

Required Commitment

My coaching sessions are booked in 1-month increments. If you're really committed to your dreams, then you'll be committed to investing two months of your time to seriously working towards them. Success experts remind us that a commitment of time is necessary in order to create habits that make lasting change in your life.

Coaching is Confidential

I honor and maintain the client’s confidentiality and do not discuss our coaching sessions with others. Our agreement is based on a foundation of honesty, trust and respect. We know that your ultimate well-being is the central focus of the coaching relationship.
